Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one pack-type curable cyanate ester resin composition being liquid at 25°C and having no solvent and having heat curability having storage stability (latent) while maintaining storage stability at low viscosity.SOLUTION: There is provided a one pack-type curable resin composition containing (A) component and (B-1) component, no solvent and being liquid at 25°C. (A) component is a cyanate ester resin. (B-1) component is a ferrocene derivative having a dicyclopentadienyl group CPD represented by the formula (1): CR, where R is H or an organic group, having at least one organic group and the organic group contains an organic group crosslinking two CPDs.
