Abstract:
To provide a new phenylcyclohexan-1-ylcarboxylic acid, a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound, the use of the compound in treating allergic and inflammatory diseases and the use of the compound to inhibit the production of a tumor necrosis factor (TNF).
The compound useful as a PDE (phosphodiesterase) IV inhibitor and for treatment of disease associated therewith is represented by structural formula (I).
