Abstract:
To provide a cyber-physical system type processing system capable of highly precisely producing in a virtual world a real processing phenomenon which involves a machine tool and workpiece in a real world, and upgrading the processing precision of the machine tool in processing the workpiece.SOLUTION: A cyber-physical system (CPS) type processing system includes a machine tool 10 having a grinder 11 and controller 12, and a computer system 20 that produces a real processing phenomenon, which involves a workpiece W and grinder 11, as a virtual processing phenomenon in a virtual world. The computer system 20 is connected to the controller 12 so that the computer system can communicate with the controller, acquires a command value PI synchronously with the controller 12, produces a future virtual processing phenomenon, which is a virtual processing phenomenon in the future, on the basis of the acquired command value PI, and outputs an optimal command value PK, which is used to correct the command value PI on the basis of the future virtual processing phenomenon, to the controller 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
