To provide an engine in which a piston or a cylinder is rotated to improve a fuel efficiency by reducing the vibration of the engine.
The cylinder 1 is formed in a circular shape. When the piston 3 is rotated in the cylinder or the piston is fixed, the cylinder is rotated. The inertia force is utilized by rotating the piston or the cylinder.
