Abstract:
To provide a cycle time management system of drilling hole or improvement body construction which can manage cycle time of drilling hole or improvement body construction in drilling hole or improvement body construction in real time.SOLUTION: A cycle time management system of drilling hole or improvement body construction manages cycle time of a construction of an improvement body A by a multiple-shaft auger 5 which is connected with a reduction gear 4 suspended by a hanging wire 7 to ascend/descend and which ascends/descends with the reduction gear 4. The cycle time management system comprises: ascending/descending distance measurement means 8 for measuring an ascending/descending distance of the reduction gear 4 in the construction of the improvement body A; ascending/descending time measurement means 9 for measuring an ascending/descending time of the reduction gear 4; ascending/descending speed calculation means 10 for calculating an ascending/descending speed of the reduction gear 4 from the ascending/descending distance and the ascending/descending time of the reduction gear 4; and display means 11 for graphically displaying a relation among the ascending/descending distance, the ascending/descending time, and the ascending/descending speed of the reduction gear 4. The ascending/descending distance measurement means 8 measures the ascending/descending distance of the reduction gear 4 from a sent length of the hanging wire 7 of the auger 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
