NEW MATERIAL:A cyclic acylhydroxylamine derivative shown by formula I (R is alkoxyalkyl, alkylthioalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, aryloxyalkyl, arylthioalkyl, arylalkyloxyalkyl or arylalkylthioalkyl; A is group shown by formula II, formula III or formula IV; B is 3-6C alkylene which may be replaced with lower alkyl with the proviso that when R is aryl or arylalkyl, B is not halogen atoms which are unsubstituted, one or two same or different, lower alkyl, lower haloalkyl, lower alkoxy or nitro).
EXAMPLE: 2-(2-Phenoxybenzoyl)tetrahydro-1,3-oxazine.
USE: An agent showing highly controlling activity against blast of rice plant and scab of wheat.
PREPARATION: A compound shown by formula V is electrolytically reduced and reacted with a compound shown by formula VI to give a compound shown by formula I.
