(1) A cyclic hydrofluorocarbon represented by formula (I) is provided. (2) The method for producing the same is provided, including a step of fluorinating a cyclic fluoroolefin of formula (II). (3) The method for producing the hydrofluoroolefin of formula (II) is provided, including a step of alkylating or fluoroalkylating a cyclic perfluoroolefin of formula (III). In formula (I), n is an integer of 1-3; R is a group represented by CaH2a+1-bFb; (a) is an integer of 1-5; and b is an integer of 0-2a. In formula (II), n is an integer of 1-3; R is a group represented by CaH2a+1-bFb; (a) is an integer of 1-5; and b is an integer of 0-2a. In formula (III), n is an integer of 1-3.
