To obtain a resin composition which has improved slippage, excellent transparence and surface gloss by making the composition comprise a cyclic olefin-based resin (A) or a resin composition composed of the cyclic olefin resin and a polyolefin and an amide compound (B).

A cyclic olefin resin A is selected from an α-olefin-cyclic olefin random copolymer (C) composed of a cyclic olefin represented by formula I or II and a 2 to 20C α-olefin, a ring opening (co)polymer of the cyclic olefin represented by formula I or II or a hydrogenated polymer thereof (D) and a graft-modified polymer of the random copolymer A or the hydrogenated polymer D (wherein n is 0 or 1; h and m are each 0 or a positive integer; j and k are each 0, 1 or 2; R1 to R18 and Ra and Rb are each H, a halogen or a hydrocarbon group; and R19 to R27 are each H, a halogen, a hydrocarbon group or an alkoxy group). The amide compound is preferably an oleic amide.
