Abstract:
To provide a novel cyclic olefin compound with photoreactive groups, and a photoreactive polymer, which is adaptable to various photoreactions such as a liquid crystal oriented film, and which can be suitably used for a precursor of various organic compounds or polymers.
The cyclic olefin compound has photoreactive groups, expressed with a [chemical formula 1] and [chemical formula 1a]. In the [chemical formula 1], q is an integer of 0 to 4, and at least one of R1, R2, R3 and R4 is a radical expressed in the [chemical formula 1a].
