Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cyclic olefin-based copolymer and a method for preparing same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a cyclic olefin-based bipolymer comprising three repeating units, having a particular functional group, in a predetermined ratio. The copolymer has low dielectric properties and thus can be applied to a semiconductor substrate, a printed circuit board and the like.
