Abstract:

To provide pellets for molding comprising molded cyclic olefin resin enabling a molding excellent in yield of products in a continuous operation suppressing generation of black spots, and a method of manufacturing the pellets for molding.

The pellets for molding comprises a cyclic olefin polymer including ≤100 ppm of oxygen, and a method of obtaining pellets including ≤100 ppm of oxygen by heating the pellets comprising the cyclic olefin based polymer in a stream of an inert gas.
