Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for manufacturing highly transparent cyclic polyolefin films and cyclic polyolefin films by reducing foreign matter failures at the time of manufacturing and reducing the foreign matter content and haze of the finished film.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the cyclic polyolefin film of the present invention is characterized, at least, in that the cyclic polyolefin resin is dissolved using an organic solvent, a dope is prepared by adding an additive, and then filtered, and the content of foreign matter with a length diameter of 10 μm or more as a finished film is adjusted to 5 pieces/100 cmor less, a step of flowing said dope onto an end-free support, a step of drying said flowed dope and exfoliating it from the end-free support to form a web, a step of drying and stretching said exfoliated web, and a step of winding said stretched web as a roll.SELECTED DRAWING: None
