Abstract:

To provide a cyclic silazane, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for manufacturing a disiloxane having a bisaminoalkyl terminal which have no shortcomings associated with conventional ones as shown bellow: using expensive and hardly producible starting materials; and having very poor yields.

A cyclic silazane of the general formula II. A method for manufacturing a disiloxane having a bisaminoalkyl terminal comprising reacting the cyclic silazane compound with water and an alcohol.
