Abstract:
PURPOSE: To optimally compensate the transmission delay of a control system while limiting the compensation only to cyclic vibrations.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a transmission delay estimating means 17 for estimating the transmission delay of a frequency component from the previously calculated characteristics of transmission from an actuator to a vibration measuring point while paying attention on the frequency of cyclic vibrations to be reduced, and a phase compensating means 18 for performing phase compensation by calculating the suitable coefficient of a phase compensator 6 for attenuating the vibrations of the frequency from that transmission delay.
