The objective compound is represented by formula I [R1 and R2 form phenyl ring, pyridine ring or formula II (R8 is H or a ≤4C alkyl) with double bond for connecting each other; R3 and R4 form a phenyl ring, a 4-8-membered (oxo)cycloalkene by binding to each other; D is H a 4-12C cycloalkyl or a ≤12C alkyl; E is CO or CS; L is O, S or the like; R5 is phenyl, a 5-7-membered (un)saturated heterocycle or the like; R6 is H, carboxy, a ≤5C alkoxycarbonyl or the like; R7 is H] and exemplified by 2-(R)-2-[4-(2,4- dimethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-α-carbolin-9-yl)-methyl-phenyll-2-cyclopentylacetyl- N-[(R)-phenylglycinolamide. The compound of formula I is obtained by carrying out amidation, etc., of a carboxylic acid of formula III by using a compound of formula IV.
