Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a new cyclohexane derivative useful as a medicine for prevention and therapy of diseases on which K-channel opening activity is effective.
CONSTITUTION: A compound of formula I {R1 and R2 are each H or an alkyl; R3 is an aryl which may be substituted or a heteroaryl which may be substituted; X is O or S; Y is formula II to formula IV [(p), (q) and (r) are each 0 or 1; J is formula V (W1 is formula VI, COC(R11)H or (CH2)g; R4 and R10 are R1 or R2; R5 is R3, an arylalkyl which may be substituted or a heteroarylalkyl which may be substituted; Z1 is SO2 or CO; R11 is H, an alkyl, a hydroxyalkyl, an arylalkyl which may be substituted or a protected carboxyalkyl; (a) and (x) are each 0 or 1; (s) is 1 to 6); K is formula VII (W2 is formula VIII, COC(R13)H or (CH2)h; R6 and R12 are each R1 or R2; R7 is R5; Z2 is Z1; R13 is R11; (b) and (y) are each 0 or 1; (t) is (s)); L us formula IX (W3 is formula X, COC(R15)H or (CH2)i; R8 and R14 are R1 or R2; R9 is R5; Z3 is Z1; (c) and (z) are each 0 or 1; (u) is (s))]}. Thus compound is useful as a preventive and therapeutic agent for asthma, hypertension, pollakiuria and incontinence of urine.
