To provide a cyclone type airflow application separation device which separates efficiently cut wastes and classifies clearly.

The cyclone type airflow application classifying device has a constitution that a vertical outer cylinder and an inverted cone part connected concentrically to the lower end are provided, a tangential introduction pipe of pellet and cut waste-containing air is provided on the lower part wall surface of the outer cylinder, and a tangential exhaust pipe of classified cut wastes is provided on the upper part of the outer cylinder. In the cyclone type airflow application separation device, a mesh having 2.0-0.25 mm opening of JIS standard sieve is attached in a horizontal direction between the middle of the outer cylinder and the upper part exhaust pipe.
