PURPOSE:To provide a cycloolefin resin composition containing a specific graft- modified cycloolefin resin, a specific elastomer and a polyamide resin at specific ratios and having excellent grease-resistance and impact resistance. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition giving a molded article having high critical PV value and excellent impact resistance is produced by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a graft-modified cycloolefin resin obtained by grafting a graft monomer to a cycloolefin resin consisting of (i) a random copolymer of ethylene and a cycloolefin of formula (n) and (g) are 0 or 1; (m) is 0 or positive integer; R<1> to R<18>, R and R are H, halogen or hydrocarbon group), (ii) a ring-opened (co)polymer of the cycloolefin of formula and (iii) a hydrogenated product of the component ii, (B) 0.5-50 pts.wt. of an elastomer having a tensile modulus of 0.1-2,000kg/cm<2> at 23 deg.C, a glass-transition temperature of <=0 deg.C and a crystallinity of <=30% and (C) 5-300 pts.wt. of a polyamide resin.
