Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I (X is 1W12C perfluoroalkyl, perfluoroalkoxy, pentafluorophenyl, substituted phenyldimethylsilyl, polyfluoroalkylmethyloxycarbonyl, etc.; l is 2W4; m and n are positive integer; m+n is 3W6; n/m is 0.2W5.0).
USE: An intermediate for the preparation of a durable silicone rubber, oxygen-enriching membrane, etc.
PREPARATION: The compound of formula I can be prepared e.g. by dissolving dimethyldichlorosilane and the compound of formula II (e.g. 3,3,3-trifluoropropylmethyldichlorosilane) in a solvent such as ether, and adding the solution dropwise in water under the flow of argon gas to effect the cohydrolysis of the components.
