Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of power conversion, by converting a fluidic pressure into a linear or rotational force by means of a bellows. CONSTITUTION:Bellows 2 and 2' partitioned by a partition board 3 are incorporated in a cylindrical outer wall 1. A rod 4 passing through the outer wall 1 is fixed to the partition board 3. Thus, a fluidic pressure is converted into a linear or rotational force by means of the bellows 2 and 2'. Since slide resistance according to this arrangement is more reduced than that in the prior art device including a piston.
