To solve such a problem that fatigue fracture is easy to be caused in a core pin inserted into a die in die casting, and, in the conventional case, a measure is taken to cope with the fracture by devising the shape of the core pin, but it has not been sufficient.
Disclosed is a cylinder apparatus composed of: a cylinder part 11 in which the core pin 19 is connected to the tip of a rod 15a; a rotation control shaft 20 freely turnably pivoted by the head cover 14 thereof; and a one way clutch 22 connected to the rear edge of the head cover 14. A deep hole 16 in which a female screw 17 having a lead angle of 78 is formed from the rear end of the piston rod 15 of the cylinder 11 to an axial center direction is provided, and is screwed with a male screw 20s in the front shaft part 20a of the rotation control shaft 20. The clutch 22 blocks the CCW rotation of the rotation control shaft 20, and allows the CW rotation thereof. Every time the piston rod 15 reciprocates, the rod 15a and the rotation control shaft 20 rotate by an angle (=50), and the operating direction of bending force by the solidification shrinkage of the molten metal viewed from the core pin 19 is changed.
