Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissipate heat from a surface layer to a cylinder wall part with high efficiency in a cylinder block provided with the surface layer on an inner peripheral surface of the cylinder wall part.SOLUTION: In a cylinder block 10, a second sprayed layer 14 made of metal is formed on an inner peripheral surface 12a of a cylinder wall part 12 provided in a block base material 11, and a first sprayed layer 13 having a higher thermal conductivity than those of the second sprayed layer 14 and the cylinder wall part 12 is provided between the second sprayed layer 14 and the cylinder wall part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
