Abstract:
To provide a cylinder device with a large stroke, which generates large thrust in both directions in an axial direction.SOLUTION: In a cylinder device 1, a center piston 12 is arranged in a cylinder 2, and a first mechanism portion 1A on a right side and a second mechanism portion 1B on the left side are symmetrically formed. On both mechanism portions 1A and 1B, movable piston housings 60 (61 to 63) and 106 (161 to 163) are formed in the cylinder 2. The cylinder device 1 realizes three functions which are a moving function for largely moving the center piston 12 and both mechanism portions 1A and 1B in a thrust direction, a fixing function for fixing the piston housings 60 and 160 to the cylinder 2 after moving, and a hydraulic pressure output function for generating hydraulic pressure (thrust) amplified by an air hydro mechanism. The cylinder device 1 is configured to separately perform operation by the moving function of the piston housings 60 and 160 and the fixing function, and operation by the hydraulic pressure output function after that.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
