Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder device with large stroke, using an air hydraulic cylinder.SOLUTION: A pneumatic chamber 20 is composed of a first pneumatic chamber for pressurizing a first piston 11, and a second pneumatic chamber for pressurizing a second piston. The first pneumatic chamber and the second pneumatic chamber are communicated with each other. A hydraulic pressure generating portion 55 incorporates a hydraulic chamber 30, and further the hydraulic chamber 30 is composed of a first hydraulic chamber 31 pressurized by the first pneumatic chamber through the first piston 11, and a second hydraulic chamber pressurized by the second pneumatic chamber through the second piston. The hydraulic pressure generating portion 55 can move in a cylinder in a thrust direction, and the second hydraulic chamber has a function for elastically deforming a thin portion 15 in a radial direction by a hydraulic pressure, and fixing the moving hydraulic pressure generating portion 55 in the cylinder. The first hydraulic chamber 31 outputs the hydraulic pressure of the first hydraulic chamber 31 increased by fixation to an output rod.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
