Abstract:
To provide a cylinder technology using an air hydro cylinder capable of occurring a long stroke and large thrust in both directions of an axial direction.SOLUTION: In a cylinder 2, two air hydro devices A and B are formed bilateral-symmetrically in FIG. 1. An air pressure chamber 20a of both the air hydro devices A is composed of a first air chamber 21a for pressurizing a first piston 6 and a second air chamber 22a for pressurizing a second piston 12a, which communicate with each other. A hydraulic pressure generating part 55a includes: a first hydraulic chamber 31a pressurized by the first air chamber 21a via the first piston 6; and a second hydraulic chamber 32a pressurized by the second air chamber 22a via the second piston 12a. The second hydraulic chamber 32a elastically deforms a thin portion 15a in the radial direction by the hydraulic pressure, and fixes the moving hydraulic pressure generating part 55a in the cylinder 2. The first hydraulic chamber 31a outputs the hydraulic pressure of the first hydraulic pressure chamber 31a, which has been increased by being fixed, to an output rod 7a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
