Abstract:
To provide a cylinder device for reducing interference sounds between a seat member provided at the free end of a rebound spring and a piston rod.
The free end side seat member 7 is mounted on the free end side of the rebound spring 5 arranged on the outer periphery of the piston rod 4 in a cylinder 1. The member has a cylindrical rising portion 12 protruded to the side of stopper rubber 8. The stopper rubber 8 is inserted and fixed into a space between the rising portion 12 and the outer diameter face of the piston rod 4. A clearance B between the stopper rubber 8 and the outer diameter face 4a of the piston rod 4 is set smaller than a clearance A between the free end side seat member 7 and the outer diameter face 4a of the piston rod 4.
