In a cylinder device 1, a rotating disk 16 is rotatably and slidably fitted to the regulating part 12b being the protruded part of a rod 12 on the other side that is slidably provided to a cylinder part 15. Dividing claws 16a are formed on the opposing side of a cylinder body 11 of the rotating disk 16. On the opposite side of the dividing claws 16a, inverted claws 16b are formed so as to be correspondent thereto, and sliding regulating rods 17 having the same number of the dividing claws 16a are provided so as to face to the cylinder 11. The distance between the rotating disk 16 and the cylinder body 11 is regulated to the sum of the length of the stopper 21 and that of any of the sliding regulating rods 17.
