Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture of a high precision cylinder for double- axle extruder, by forming a bush having circular holes parallel and intersecting to each other and combined with each other along the intersecting line. CONSTITUTION:Parallel and intersecting circular holes 2 are made on a bush 1 and combined with each other along the intersecting line and then welded through built- up process 4 at grooves 3 made on the external circumference. The inner wall of the hole 2 is lined with anti-friction liner 5. The external circumference of the bush 1 is formed as shown in the figure and inserted in a hollow casing 6. Since the contact surfaces of the bush and casing are machined by grinding with high precision, they can be fitted close to each other. The surfaces of their contact are cylindrical and easy to machine, which can eliminate uneven deformation due to heat.
