Abstract:
PURPOSE: To control toner filming by mixing an inorganic substance into a synthetic resin to prevent a temp. rise of a cylinder for a drum.
CONSTITUTION: The synthetic resin is selected from both thermosetting and thermoplastic resins, and for example, ABS resin or polyvinyl chloride is used. As the inorganic substance alumina, graphite or the like whose heat conductivity is higher than that of the resin is used. The content of the inorganic substance is adjusted to 10W50, preferably 25W40wt%. Thus, the heat radiability of a cylinder for an electrostatic latent image drum is improved to prevent a temp. rise, and toner filming can be controlled.
