Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder equipment with leak detection system capable of detecting a leak of liquid regardless of the mounting direction of the cylinder equipment.SOLUTION: A cylinder equipment with a leak detection system of the present invention includes a cylinder tube 110; a piston 120 which reciprocates in the cylinder tube 110; a piston rod 130 coupled to the piston 120; a rod cover 150 having a through portion 140 through which the piston rod 130 penetrates; rod seals 170a and 170b fitted into the annular grooves 160a and 160b of the through portion 140 of the rod cover 150 to seal the liquid on the side of the piston 120; a liquid channel 190 for guiding leak liquid leaking from rod packings 170a and 170b; a liquid chamber 180b for storing the leak liquid derived from the liquid channel 190; and a leak detection cable 300 which changes the electrical characteristics of the leak liquid in contact with the leak liquid, disposed in the liquid chamber 180b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
