A cylinder head gasket 1 comprises: first and second gasket base plates 2, 3 formed with full-beads 2b, 3b enclosing combustion chamber holes 2a, 3a; an intermediate plate 4 arranged between the first and second gasket base plates; and grommet base plate 5 having a folding part 5a arranged at the cylinder head side or cylinder block side rather than at the first and second gasket base plates, the second gasket base plate has a first half bead 3c (bead part) protruded at the opposite side of the intermediate plate at the outer periphery side rather than the end part of the folding part 5a, and a height of the first half bead is a height protruded out of the end part of the folding part under a state in which the cylinder gasket is not held by the cylinder head and the cylinder block.
