Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cylinder head device having cooling and lubricative functions is provided to increase the service life of components by adding the cooling and lubricative functions to a valve stem and valve disc. CONSTITUTION: The height of a second annular chamber and a first annular chamber is higher than the height of a valve lift. The first annular chamber is connected to a first length direction hole(11) arranged on a valve stem and delivers cooled oil to a valve disc(6) through the valve stem. The valve disc is expanded through the disk face. The valve disc comprises a hollow space(13) equipped with the device for inducing the cool oil flow. A second length direction hole(12) arranged on the valve stem is connected to the second annular chamber. The second length direction hole rapidly dispatches the cool oil from a hollow space to a cool oil export channel(18).
