Abstract:

To provide a cylinder injection spark ignition internal combustion engine capable of forming a good homogeneous air-fuel mixture on homogeneous combustion.

During homogeneous combustion, a first suction port 8 generates a first tumble flow T1 in a cylinder, and a second suction port generates a second tumble flow in the cylinder. The first tumble flow and the second tumble flow rotate in the same direction with different revolving shapes in the cylinder. A fuel injection valve injects fuel between the first tumble flow and the second tumble flow.
