Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily adjust the position of the cylinder lens of the optical write unit with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:The cylinder 42 is held by the holding part 51 of a lens holder and the holding member 51 is supported on the holder base 52 of the lens holder 50. A stepped screw 59 is screwed in the housing 50 of the optical write unit 36 through a long hole 58 formed in the lens holder 50. An energizing means 62 which energizes the lens holder 50 in the direction of the optical axis is provided. An adjusting screw 64 which makes the lens holder 50 to abut is provided for free movement adjustment in the direction of the optical axis. Further, an energizing member 56 which energizes the holding member 51 around the optical axis is provided. Then an adjusting screw 57 which makes the arm part 51a of the energized holding member 51 to abut is provided for free movement adjustment on the optical axis.
