PURPOSE: To increase resistance force against the inclination and rotation of a cylinder lock by augmenting the rigidity of the connecting section of a panel, on which the cylinder lock for a car is fixed, for the car and a case for the cylinder lock.

CONSTITUTION: Four engaging projections 20 projected in the longitudinal direction of a case 2 are formed to the flange section 8 of the case 2, and notched holes 21 corresponding to each engaging projection 20 are formed around the opening section 22 of a panel 5. When a cylinder lock 1 is fixed onto the panel 5, the four engaging projections 20 are engaged with the corresponding notched holes 21 of the panel 5, thus increasing the rigidity of the connecting section of the panel 5 and the case 2 of the cylinder lock 1 by the engaging projections 20 and the notched holes 21 of the panel 5.
