To provide a cylinder lock device which is superior in the property of being built into a vehicle side (steering handle lock device), and which is suitable for radial miniaturization.

This cylinder lock device includes: a cylindrical rotor case 20; a rotor 30 which is rotatably arranged inside the rotor case 20 and in which a key insertion hole is formed in an axially-elongated shape; a plurality of tumblers 40 which are provided in the rotor 30 in such a manner as to be movable in a radial direction at a first angle, which are urged to the radial outside and engaged with an engaging groove portion of the rotor case 20, and which are disengaged from the rotor case 20 by being disengaged from the engaging groove portion when a normal key is inserted into the key insertion hole; a fixing pin 60 which is inserted into a hole portion provided in the rotor case 20, and which is provided in such a manner as to be protrusible to the outside of the rotor case 20; and a plate 50 which is inclined by a predetermined angle with respect to the moving direction of the tumbler 40 and provided on the rotor 30 in such a manner as to be freely movable in a radial direction.
