This cylinder lock unit comprises: a rotor 30 which is rotatably arranged inside a body A20; sleeves A40 and B45 which are rotatably arranged between the body A20 and the rotor 30; a tumbler 50 and a lever member 60 which are disengaged from the sleeve A40 or B45 when a normal key is inserted into a key insertion hole 31; a sliding bar A70 which is axially moved each time when the sleeve A40 is relatively rotated by only a predetermined angle with respect to the body A20; a tubular body B25 which is arranged between the body A20 and the rotor 30; a solenoid 200 which makes the body B25 rotatively movable or immovable with respect to the body A20; a sliding bar B75 which is axially moved each time when the sleeve B45 is relatively rotated by only a predetermined angle with respect to the body B25; a clutch member 80 capable of being engaged with or disengaged from the rotor 30; and the like.
