The cylinder lock 10 includes a rotor 12 which is made to be rotatable by inserting a legitimate key to store a tumbler 18 inside, clutch mechanisms 34, 52, 62 for transmitting the rotation of the rotor 12 to an output member 28 arranged on a rear end side of the rotor and for releasing the connection between the rotor 12 and the output member 28 when an illegitimate key is inserted into the rotor 12 and is operated, and a holder 40 housing at least the rotor 12. An locking wall 48 is provided on an inner peripheral part of the rear end side of the holer 40 so that a step part 20 provided at a rear part of the rotor 12 may be engaged with the locking wall 48.
