Abstract:
To miniaturize a pump for suction of two different kinds of fluid.
The cylinder pump device comprises a cylinder pump B410, having a reciprocation movable piston B411 and a cylinder main unit B304 which has a first cylinder chamber B413 defined in one side of this piston B411 to introduce a first fluid and a second cylinder chamber B414 defined in the other side of the piston B411 to introduce a second fluid, and a piston driving means B460 reciprocation moving the piston B411 of this cylinder pump B410.
