To provide a cylinder spring elongation/contraction and extrusion device which is endurable to a high load and strong having a long repetition life by providing a load receiving body and a buckling preventing means in the straight elongation part of a cylinder spring and a non-slip driving means in a middle way between the straight elongation part and a winding part.
A straight elongation part 11 is vertically held by an outer guide 4 and a base 10 as a load receiving body is horizontally provided in its tip. A thin plate coil spring 5 as a buckling preventing means produces almost no compression forces, prevents the opening of a cylinder spring 1 and makes its difficult for buckling to occur. As a non-slip driving means, a sure motion pinch roller and a worm gear 8 are combined by inner and outer rollers 7. The inner roller 6 is held to be freely rotated by a swing fork 60, swung around a pin 61 and stuck on the cylinder spring 1 by a pressure regulating screw 62. The outer roller 7 presses the inner roller 7. Thus, an input from the worm gear 8 rotary-drives the outer roller 7 and the cylinder spring 1 is vertically moved without any slippage.
