PURPOSE: To prevent the main body pipe from bending and prevent the flame from spouting out accident by a method wherein a burner main body pipe is cooled by the secondary air which is colder than the secondary air pipe, further the burner main body pipe is held mechanically on the secondary air pipe via plural supporting rings.
CONSTITUTION: A burner device 1 is arranged horizontally on the upper side or lower side of a dough such as a bread and the like in a sealed oven. A gas and an air are mixed according to the previously designated mixing ratio by the Venturi mixer zero governor system, the mixed gas is flowed into a burner main body pipe 2, then introduced to a flame hole 2b via a ribbon 5. At this time, the mixed gas is ignited by a spark 26 of an igniting electrode rod 23. A flame 27 is spouted outward from a groove part 12a through the Venturi part 15. Simultaneously, the secondary air is flowed into a secondary air pipe 3, flowed out from plural holes 3a to the outside of the pipe 3. Further, the secondary air is flowed along the outer periphery of the main body pipe 2 within a cover body 4, then introduced to the flame hole 2b and added to the burning mixed gas spouted out from the flame hole 2. The main body pipe 2 is mechanically fixed to the secondary air pipe 3 by the supporting ring 8.
