Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical cam and its manufacturing method which cam manufacture the cylindrical cam as a single part by forming a cam surface exceeding 360° in a peripheral surface of the cylindrical cam, long ensuring a cam curve length, also using a trimming die and slide die on both sides of the axial direction.
SOLUTION: In consideration of difficulty in mass production integrally molding gears 59A, 59B in both ends of a cam shaft 58, the camshaft 58 and gears 59A, 59B are constituted respectively as a separate unit. By forming a protrusion 63 regulating a track of a moving lens in the periphery of the camshaft 58 continuously by exceeding 360°, a can curve (extension length) can be long ensured, and a cam tilt angle can be also decreased. This camshaft 58 can be molded as a single part by using a trimming die before and after the an axial direction and a slide die trimming in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction, manufacture of a seamless and high accurate cam member can be performed, to the suited also for mass production.
