Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical grinder having a sizing device and a swing stopper installed without using a slide base having a grinding wheel base mounted thereon as a foundation.SOLUTION: The cylindrical grinder includes a table 1 for supporting a workpiece 6 to be rotatable around a rotation axis R, which is installed in a head 4 to be fixed in position in a rotation axis extending direction, and a grinding wheel base 3 having a grinding wheel 31 for grinding the workpiece 6 and installed in a slide base 2 to be automatically movable in a direction orthogonal to the rotation axis, the slide base 2 being installed in head 4 to be automatically movable in the rotation axis extending direction, and is characterized in that a linkage base 5 having a sizing device 51 of the workpiece 6 mounted thereon and passively movable in the rotation axis extending direction is provided in the table 1, and the slide base 2 and the linkage base 5 are linked together to be disconnected by a linkage mechanism 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
