To provide a cylindrical knitted fabric which gives cool feeling in spite of not using a special yarn even when exercising such as walking is performed while it is worn under a hot environment such as midsummer; and to provide a leg product and an arm cover using the same.SOLUTION: A cylindrical knitted fabric includes a composite yarn composed of an elastic yarn and a non-elastic yarn, and has a surface kurtosis (Sku) of 2.8-5.0 when elongated on the assumption that it is worn. In addition, when the amount of heat dissipation is measured by using Thermo Labo II KES-F7 manufactured by Kato Tech Co., Ltd., the cylindrical knitted fabric has a heat retention ratio of less than zero as obtained by the following equation: Heat retention ratio=(W-W)/W×100(%). In the equation, Wis the amount of heat dissipation at standard temperature and humidity when the cylindrical knitted fabric is not attached to an aluminum jig having a dimension of 10 cm×10 cm, and W is the amount of heat dissipation at the standard temperature and humidity when the cylindrical knitted fabric is attached to the jig. There are also provided a leg product including the cylindrical knitted fabric and clothing which includes the cylindrical knitted fabric and covers at least part of an arm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
