Title:
CYLINDRICAL MATTER HOLDING SPINDLE FOR CYLINDRICAL PRINTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000280445
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To upgrade slipping, to eliminate a damage of an inner surface of a cylindrical matter and to suppress wear of a cylindrical spindle itself by applying ceramic coating on an outer periphery of the spindle in the spindle for covering and holding the matter in the case of printing an outer periphery of the matter.

A spindle a mounted in a cylindrical printer is constituted in a structure in which a ball bearing 6 is mounted at a hollow portion of a spindle body 1 made of a polyamide resin. A rotary shaft 3 projected from the printer is inserted into the spindle A, and locked by covering with a cap 5 through a retainer 4. In this case, an outer periphery of the body 1 is covered with a ceramic film 2. Cylindrical matters B such as two-piece cans or the like are mounted at the spindle A from left, and the periphery (body of the can) of the matter is printed by the printer in this state. As the ceramics, silicon nitride ceramics or preferably a polysilazane is used.
