A cylindrical nonaqueous electrolytic secondary battery 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a wound electrode body 14 in which a positive electrode plate 11 and a negative electrode plate 12 are wound cylindrically while being insulated from each other via a separator 13; and a nonaqueous electrolyte. The negative electrode plate 12 includes, on the surface of a negative electrode collector formed from a copper alloy foil, a negative electrode mixture layer containing an anode active material formed from at least one of carbon, silicon (Si), and silicon oxide (SiOx, 0.5≤x<1.6), and the nonaqueous electrolyte contains ethynyl ethylene carbonate.
