This a cylindrical object replenishing cassette 10 stores cylindrical objects to be replenished into a cylindrical object paying-out container, and it is provided with a cylindrical object 12, a cylindrical object holder 14 holding the cylindrical object 12 and connectable with the cylindrical object paying-out container, and a bottomed case 16 storing the cylindrical 12 and the cylindrical object holder 14, having a tank-out port 16a which takes out the cylindrical object 12 and the cylindrical object holder 4 by taking out the cylindrical object holder 14 first. A plurality of ribs 14e are formed on the outer peripheral face of the cylindrical object holder 14, a final end face 16c which is a stepped part abutting to the rib 14e from the side opposite to the take-out port 16a is provided in the case 16, and a clearance is formed between an end part of the cylindrical object 12 and the bottom face 16d of the case 16 in a condition in which the cylindrical object 12 is stored therein.
