CONSTITUTION: This cylindrical substrate is made of an Al alloy contg. 0.01-0.13wt.% Si, 0.55-0.70wt.% Fe, 0.10-0.16wt.% Cu and ≤0.05wt.% Mn, Mg, Cr, Zn and Ti as inevitable impurities.
