Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve productivity and reduce cost, by interposing spacers, which have an oblong cross section and a smaller radial width than thin steel plates, on the outer part between the laminated body of thin steel plates. CONSTITUTION:The spacers 14 are interposed at equal intervals between thin steel plates 8, 8 which are laminated to a prescribed thickness. Each spacer 14 is made of a thin metal plate cut off to a prescribed size and has an oblong cross section. The radial width W of the spacers 14 is about a half of the width H of the thin steel plates 8. The outer end faces A of the spacers are located on the same plane as the peripheral surface B of a laminated body 9. Before working to a cylindrical shape, gaps (x) corresponding to the thickness of the spacers 14 are provided in various positions on the inner part of the laminated body 9. Since the spacers of oblong cross section are used, the productivity of a yoke is improved and its cost is reduced.
