Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A cysteamine derivative shown by formula I [R1 is 1W6C straight-chain or branched-chain alkyl; R2 is H or n-propyl; X is group selected from groups shown by formula II, formula III, formula IV, formula V and formula VI (R2 is H, 1W10C straight-chain or branched-chain alkyl) and containing cysteamine part (NWS)].
EXAMPLE: 2-(2-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoylamino)thiazolidine.
USE: An antirheumatic agent. This compound suppresses adjuvant arthritis, a model of animal experiment of rheumatism and is safe.
PREPARATION: A carboxylic acid derivative shown by formula VII (R3 is H or methoxymethyl) is reacted with any of amine derivatives shown by formula VIII, formula XI, formula X, formula XI and formula XII.
